Live Now is an inspirational organization I am creating with a great friend of mine for cancer survivors and their families. Our goal is to spread hope and inspiration to newly diagnosed patients and those they are connected with. The organization was born due to the great success of the Live Now Poster Campaign I did recently.

We are currently putting together our initial start-up materials and are therefore building alliances for; T-Shirt Printing, Sticker Printing, Poster Printing & Brochure Printing. We plan to use the companies who donate their support for the start-up materials for the future printing needs of the Live Now Organization. (which will be hefty!) Veer Sends a Nod.

The great people over at Veer have shown some generous support for the Live Now Campaign. They recently posted a nice little write up on their blog, The Skinny, about the campaign. "Life Lessons turned typographic posters - Eric Smith is a designer from Washington state with a fine eye for typography." Read the full write up here.

I've also been in close communications with Jon Parker, Brand Director with Veer on a possible collaboration project for the next phase of the campaign. Stay tuned for an update.

Live Now Poster Series

I was recently diagnosed with cancer and have begun down the treatment road. I have learned to saturate each moment in front of me with all of my energy, as well as many other tremendous lessons. In response to this event in my life I decided to create a poster series with some quotes that have driven close to my spirit throughout this whole ordeal. Proceeds from the sale of these posters will be donated towards the Live Strong Foundation. Please purchase one, or three, and spread words of hope and inspiration. They are 11"× 17" and printed on a nice recycled matte paper.

A Tribute to Typography

I've recently been invited to join Index Book, of Barcelona - Spain on their upcoming book, A Tribute to Typography. I will be submitting a custom made font and be featured in a 4 page spread about my lil studio. The book will be published sometime early next year and I will make sure to post some photos and links when it is available for purchase.

With a bit of a hiatus, idrawallday.com is back with it's brand new face. I picked up some great new fonts over at underware & got some final polishing critiques from my new found friend over at Indie Labs.

Other News...
I've recently landed some really great projects and am teaming up with a friend of mine and killer developer. Some newness on the way...product development, music promotion & some intense personal projects in the mix.
